 Self Referrals
When you come to the warehouse you will need to bring proof of your receipt of benefit / credit or information concerning your income.
On arrival, you will be helped by our reception staff who will take your details and enter you on our computer system, so you can come back at any time. Registration only takes 5 minutes.
To make sure that we continue to help those on a low Income or benefit / credits, we need to occasionally check that your circumstances have not changed & may require up to date proof of benefit or low income, starting at any point from 6 weeks after registration.

Should you wish, you can print a form in advance to fill up and bring along with recent applicable proof.
The form is very simple, all you have to do is enter your contact details, tick which proof you are bringing along, sign & date.
Although registration means you can use any one of the three depots, please select the form of where you will actually register.

 Items we Sell
We do have to charge for any furniture or electrical items selected. Dorset Reclaim is a not-for-profit charity, and our prices simply reflect our need to cover our running costs and ensure we will be around to supply furniture to local people in the future.

Stock changes daily, so if a particular item you require at your budget is not available on your first visit, something probably will be within a short time. We can usually provide most items that are needed to make a home, although as we rely entirely on donations, stock varies on a daily basis. If there is something that is not available on the day of your visit, you are always welcome to come back again or to call us to check what is in stock.

All items are labeled to give you guidance as to their value.
To give you an idea of the money you may need to help furnish your home, listed below are some examples of our prices, these will vary according to the quality of the item and stock availability. This list is just an example of what may be available:
