Information for Agencies refering clientsThe information in this section is here to help you refer your client, but if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us for any further assistance.
We can help your client if they;
Your client also needs to be in receipt of a means tested benefit such as;
Once a client is referred, their application remains 'live' with us for 6 weeks, so they can return at any time within that period to look for the items they need. If your client needs other items in the future, we are happy to accept further referals beyond the initial 6 week period. On rare occasions, we may have to limit the number of items a client selects to those that will meet their reasonable immediate needs, until further items become available.
How to refer your clientWe have a simple referal procedure, which allows you to either print a referal form, and then post or fax the completed form to us, or submit one to us online. If you submit a form, it may be necessary for us to contact you to verify any of the details given.
